Terms of Service
Effective November 7, 2026
1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover
1.1 The Service and the Software
These Terms govern the Longevity Grok website (the "Site"), the Longevity MotherShip research hub (the "Hub") and the support we provide for them (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Insilico Medicine, Inc., 1000 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02138 ("Insilico," "we," "us" or "our").
The Longevity Grok agent files published in the Insilico-org/plsi repository on GitHub (the "Software") are licensed under the open source license stated in that repository and run inside your own Grok Bot account with xAI. These Terms govern your use of the Site and the Hub and your dealings with us. They do not restrict any right the Software license grants you.
1.2 Accepting These Terms
You accept these Terms by clicking "I agree" where the Site presents them, by confirming acceptance when Longevity Grok first runs in your Grok Bot account, or by using the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Downloading or installing the Software under its license does not by itself mean you have accepted these Terms. Our Privacy Policy, available on the Site, explains our data practices.
2. Eligibility and Permitted Use
2.1 Personal Use
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. You may use the Service for your own lawful personal research, education and general wellness purposes. You may use it with information about another adult only if that person has asked you to and has agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2.2 Professional and Organizational Use
The Clinic and Lab packages, and any use for patient care, on behalf of a clinic, research institution or other organization, or with other people's health information except as permitted above, are not available under these Terms. Those uses require a separate written agreement with us and every permission and agreement that use needs, including any patient authorization and any business associate or data processing agreement. You are responsible for your xAI account and its security, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for the integrations and agent actions you authorize.
3. What the Service Is and Is Not
3.1 Not Medical Care
Longevity Grok is automated AI software. You are interacting with software, not with a person, and no clinician, scientist or team member reviews outputs before you see them. The Service provides AI-generated research and educational information. It does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or emergency services, and it does not identify medical conditions. Using it does not create a clinician-patient or other professional relationship with us or with any scientist, advisor or team member identified on the Site. Do not use the Service to make clinical decisions or as a substitute for a qualified health care professional.
Consult your clinician before starting, stopping or changing medications, supplements, treatment or other health interventions, and do not delay seeking care because of an output. Relying on the Service in an emergency or for a serious health condition could result in serious harm. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
3.2 AI Outputs
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or out of date, including their sources and interpretations, and can present wrong information confidently. Plans, forecasts, biological age estimates and other scores are estimates, not guarantees or clinically validated findings, unless a specific validation is expressly identified and supported. Automated safety and evidence checks can miss risks and errors and are not review by a clinician. Verify important information independently. We do not promise improved health, a longer life or any particular result.
Agent labels such as "Health Analyst" and "Nutritionist" describe automated functions, not professional qualifications. A person's listing as a team member or advisor, or involvement in the project, does not by itself establish that the person reviewed or approved an individual output or that the Service has been clinically validated.
3.3 Company and Investment Analyses
Analyses of companies or investments are general research, not investment advice. We, our affiliates and the Team Members (defined in Section 9) may hold interests in companies discussed.
4. Your Grok Bot Account, Agent Actions and Other Providers
4.1 Your Account with xAI
Longevity Grok runs inside your own Grok Bot account. That account is your account with xAI, not with us. xAI processes the information in it, including your health information, under xAI's terms and privacy policy, and may charge you for usage. Review those documents before installing. We cannot access your Grok Bot account. We receive information from it only through contributions or emails you choose to send us. We do not control xAI and are not responsible for its availability, performance, charges or data practices.
4.2 Agent Actions and Connected Services
Agents you enable may run on a schedule, perform research, use integrations you authorize, and draft messages or changes for your approval. Set budgets and permissions carefully. You are responsible for the actions, messages and charges you approve or allow agents to perform within the limits you set. This does not make you responsible for our errors or for actions outside what you authorized. Other services you connect, such as health data platforms and lab providers, have their own terms and privacy practices. Nothing in this section limits any responsibility we have under applicable law for providers acting on our behalf.
5. Charges
We do not currently charge for the Service. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged and will not charge you without your separate agreement. xAI and other providers charge separately for their services and usage, including usage by agents you enable. You are responsible for those charges.
6. Your Information, Outputs and Research Participation
6.1 Your Information and Outputs
You retain your rights in the information you provide and in the outputs generated for you, and you may use outputs for your personal purposes. We claim no rights in them. xAI's terms may also address outputs generated on its platform. You authorize us to process information we actually receive only as needed to provide the features you request and as described in our Privacy Policy and any separate consent you give. These Terms do not authorize optional research sharing, sale of health information, or use of your information to train AI models.
6.2 Research Participation and Email
Participation in the MotherShip research program is voluntary, is off until you opt in, and requires a separate consent notice identifying the information, uses and recipients involved. You may use the personal features without joining. If you send research notes or other messages to us by email, including from an email address provided by xAI, we receive your email address and the contents of the message, and that submission is not anonymous. Research participation and any clinical trial enrollment are separate matters governed by their own documents.
7. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
7.1 Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users, submit information you have no right to provide, attempt to identify research contributors, or use outputs to make unlawful decisions about others. Subject to these Terms, you may access the Site and the Hub and use our site materials for the permitted purposes. We and our licensors retain our rights in the Service, branding and site materials. The Software is governed by its own license. Nothing here changes your rights in your information or outputs.
7.2 Names and Endorsements
These Terms grant no right to use the name, likeness, voice, biography or institutional affiliation of any Team Member in advertising, promotion or any suggestion of endorsement. Do not falsely state or imply that any Team Member reviewed, approved or endorsed an output.
8. Availability and Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service, the Software and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement, and do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, accuracy, security or suitability for any particular use. This does not disclaim obligations under applicable privacy or security law, express commitments in our Privacy Policy, or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Liability
9.1 Team Members
"Team Members" means our current and former officers, directors and employees and the individuals identified on the Site as team members, advisors or partners, in each case in connection with the Service.
9.2 Exclusions and Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates and the Team Members will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from the Service or the Software. The aggregate liability of us, our affiliates and the Team Members arising from the Service, the Software or these Terms will not exceed the greater of US$100 and the amounts you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory of the claim.
9.3 Exceptions and Beneficiaries
These limitations do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. The Team Members are intended beneficiaries of Sections 3, 7, 8 and 9 and may enforce them.
10. Changes and Termination
10.1 Changes by Us
We may modify or discontinue features, or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or a material violation of these Terms. We will give reasonable notice where practicable and honor any applicable refund rights. We will notify you of material changes to these Terms at least 30 days before they take effect, by posting on the Site and through your Longevity Grok environment, and will obtain renewed acceptance where required. Changes will not apply retroactively to accrued claims.
10.2 Ending Your Use
You may stop using the Service at any time. To stop agent activity, disable schedules, revoke integrations and remove the Software from your Grok Bot account. Ending use does not itself delete information we hold or withdraw research consent. Use the controls described in the Privacy Policy for those requests. Sections 6 through 9, 11 and 12 survive the end of your use.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Informal Resolution
Before starting a formal proceeding, you or we will send the other a written notice describing the dispute and the relief sought, and both of us will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. Send notices to us at [email protected].
11.2 Arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising from the Service, the Software or these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court, seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property, or raise a complaint with a government regulator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could. Hearings will be held by video or telephone or, if you prefer, in the county where you live. We will pay all arbitration fees beyond the amount you would pay to file in court.
11.3 Individual Claims Only
Claims may be brought only on an individual basis. There will be no class, consolidated or representative proceedings, and the arbitrator may not award relief affecting anyone other than the parties. If this paragraph is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court, and the rest of this section still applies to all other claims.
11.4 Opt Out
You may opt out of this section by emailing [email protected] within 30 days after you first accept these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
12. General Provisions and Contact
The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts govern these Terms, without regard to conflict of laws rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Court proceedings permitted by Section 11 will be brought in the Massachusetts state courts in Middlesex County or the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your home courts.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them to a successor to the Service on notice to you and without reducing your accrued rights. We may give you notices by posting on the Site, through your Longevity Grok environment or by email where you have given us an address. These Terms and any separately agreed consent or service terms constitute the entire agreement concerning the Service. The Privacy Policy describes our data practices and any separate research consent stands on its own terms.
