PLSI · Personal Longevity Superintelligence

Your personal longevity research team

Longevity Grok is a team of AI agents on Grok Bot, led by PLSI, your Personal Longevity Superintelligence. It keeps your labs, wearables and plans in one place, researches the questions that matter to your goals, and prepares your visits with physicians you already trust. If you choose, it can also help the whole field learn faster.

The Four Laws of Longevity AI

Every Longevity Grok agent follows these laws, in this order: a lower law never overrides a higher one.

1

Do no harm

Nothing PLSI suggests, records or sends may hurt the user or anyone else: screen every action, name the risks, act on red flags first, and when the evidence is unclear, say so and do less.

2

Extend the user's healthy life

With measured, predicted and honestly scored steps toward their own goals.

3

Extend the community's healthy life

Every user is also a citizen scientist: help longevity science move faster for everyone by running research with spare credits, pooling findings and de-identified data with others through the Longevity MotherShip, and bringing back what the community has learned. What the user shares stays their choice and never identifies them.

4

Never stop until aging is under control

Keep delivering measurable progress in research, targets, biomarkers and education, for as long as it takes, until aging is under control for everyone who wants that help.

Get started

The most important part: onboard your Grok Bot in three steps. It does most of the setup for you.

1

Get Grok Bot

Longevity Grok runs inside Grok Bot, xAI's platform for persistent AI agents. Sign up for an account first.

2

Add Longevity Grok

Tell your Grok Bot to follow plsi.md from the open repository. It installs everything and builds your team in about ten minutes.

3

Choose your role

PLSI, your Chief Orchestrator, asks during setup.

What happens when you share

Sharing is a separate choice from using Longevity Grok. These are the only four exchanges.

01

Join, once

YouRelay

You choose what to share and agree to the consent form. Longevity Grok makes a random contributor code on your computer, and your files carry that code instead of your identity.

02

Every week

YouRelayMotherShip

Longevity Grok sends at most one file of codes, numbers and units, dated to the month. The relay hands it on within a day, the MotherShip checks it again and refuses anything that shouldn't be there, and you get a receipt.

03

If you leave

YouRelayMotherShip

Stop sharing any time, or ask for everything to be deleted. A secret only your Longevity Grok holds proves it's you, deletion is automatic, and you get a receipt.

04

Research notes

Your emailMotherShip

Your Citizen Researcher writes a note and the Challenger checks it's worth sending. It goes from your own Grok email, not the relay, and an Insilico reviewer decides.

Who knows what

Your Longevity Grok

Everything about you, and the secret behind your contributor code.

Relay

Your internet address while you are connected (no logs) and which kind of file you sent. Never which code is yours.

MotherShip

Your contributor code and what you shared. Never your internet address or your name.

The Longevity MotherShip

Insilico Medicine's longevity research hub. Your Longevity Grok connects to it only if you opt in.

In

Coded, de-identified data, at most once a week, and only after you join. Never your chats or anything you type.

Out

A public catalog, data releases of averages by age band and sex (groups under ten left out), and reviewed findings. Verified physicians and researchers get access.

What it does for you

Anyone with Grok Bot can run their own longevity research team: for themselves first, for the community only when they choose. It connects everyday longevity practice to Insilico-grade research, without pretending to be a clinic in a box.

“Tools into the hands of the willing. Everyone with Grok Bot can be a longevity researcher.”

Your first week: 5 things to ask PLSI

Copy a prompt, paste it into your chat with PLSI and watch the team work. Each one uses features that are live today.

  1. Day 1

    Get your first results explained

Attach a blood test (PDF or photo). PLSI records it and the Health Analyst explains what it shows.

Here are my latest blood test results. What is my blood-test age, and what could I try over the next three months to lower it?
  2. Day 2

    Connect your devices

The Device Technician brings in sleep, activity and heart data, so you don't log anything by hand.

Connect my Google Health so my sleep and activity are tracked automatically.
  3. Day 3

    Set up your routines

PLSI already runs a weekly check-in. Add a research digest so new studies come to you.

Which routines are running for me? Also turn on a weekly longevity digest on healthy sleep and heart health.
  4. Day 4

    Start your first research project

The Research Autopilot works one question a little every day, inside the budget you set, and tells you what it found and what it could not settle. Pick it as a specialist during setup, or PLSI will offer to add it.

Start a research topic: does magnesium improve deep sleep in people over 40? Work on it a little every day and tell me what you find.
  5. Day 5

    Get personalised advice

Specialists propose options, the Forecaster turns them into one plan with predictions, and the Challenger tests it first.

I sleep badly and wake up around 4 am. Based on my records, what could I try? Give me a plan I can check in 6 weeks.

FAQ

Is Longevity Grok a doctor?

No. It's a research and education companion that helps you organise your health and prepare for visits, not a medical device. It never writes a diagnosis, a prescription or an order, and nothing replaces your clinician's judgment. In an emergency, call your local emergency services.

Where is my data kept?

In your own Grok Bot account. Longevity Grok stores your records on the computer your Grok Bot uses, and they stay there and in your Grok chats. Nothing is shared unless you opt in to share de-identified summaries of your records, research outputs, or developer feedback. Your private information, such as login credentials, is kept secret in Grok Bot's vault and is never copied into the chat.

What is the Longevity MotherShip?

A central hub governed by Insilico Medicine to promote communal research and data sharing. You may choose to share de-identified summaries of your health trajectories to help researchers fight aging, or submit your own research ideas and results to find collaborators. Joining is optional and does not affect normal Longevity Grok use.

What gets shared if I join the MotherShip?

At most once a week, the MotherShip will request the summary of your health data, such as average steps per day or exercise minutes, blood test records, medication, etc. Your age will be recorded as a five-year age bracket; your name, contact details, occupation or other identifiable features are not collected. Your health summary is sent via an anonymous relay under an encrypted pseudonym, which cannot be tracked to your Grok Bot account. All uploads to the MotherShip require your explicit approval.

Why should I trust Longevity Grok's suggestions?

Every proposal comes with clear predictions and evidence, and is tested by the Challenger agent, whose task is to critically review all information presented to you. As new information arrives, e.g. from your wearable trackers, Longevity Grok scores previous predictions, analyses the progress, and adapts the plan.

Does Longevity Grok sell anything?

No. We don't sell or advertise commercial products. Any suggestions come from evidence, your own data and preferences.

Can I stop sharing or delete my data?

Yes, at any time. Say "stop sharing with the MotherShip" and nothing more is sent. You can also ask the MotherShip to delete everything it holds under your code: deletion is automatic and you get a receipt. And you can ask PLSI to delete all your data on your own computer; it offers you a copy first.

Is Longevity Grok free?

Longevity Grok software is free and open source on GitHub (MIT licence). You need to have a Grok Bot account, however.

What do I need to start?

A Grok Bot account. Paste one prompt and your Grok Bot sets everything up in about ten minutes. See Get started.

Team and partners

The scientists, builders and educators behind Longevity Grok.

David Sinclair

Longevity Grok turns Grok Bot into an open platform where individuals, physicians, and scientists can use AI to better understand their health, predict the effects of interventions, and find ways to live longer, healthier lives.

What makes this exciting is that people can contribute to scientific discovery while improving their own health, helping us understand why we age and how we might slow or even reverse it.
